Job Description

IT Services

  • Deliver high quality Tier-1 IT support to Head Office/Branch users and resolve the complaints within TATs.
  • Troubleshoot domain user account and access rights on network, email and associated systems.
  • Manage the installation of hardware for all new users
  • Manage the hardware movement between HO and warehouse
  • Hardware support maintain with the coordination of vendor within TATs
  • Installation and troubleshooting of existing resources hardware for repair
  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems.
  • Coordinate with second Level support team to facilitate the users
  • Coordinate with vendor for hardware support under SLA guidelines
  • Manage the required documentation of IT equipment, Inventory and associated tasks

Reporting & Liaison

  • Liaison with the IT vendors and the In-charge Service Desk regarding the support operations
  • Prepare and communicate the performance reports to In-charge Service Desk.
  • Perform the remedy for removal highlighted vulnerabilities at branches level
