Job Description

Product Management

Assist with all tasks related to the customer launch of new card variants.
Managing issuance and renewal fees and ensuring that issuance meets the budgeted targets.
Approvals of all key documents before and after the launch of the product. This includes Process Manual, all of the initiative’s internal & external approvals.

Card Growth

Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Compliance, Finance and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities to grow the debit card business.
Design bundled products for delivering maximum value to existing and new customers.
Provide insight into customer patterns and opportunities to increase debit card POS usage to increase POS interchange and generate revenue for the bank.
Manage and design promotional activities around Digital Banking and processes around these promotions.
Ensure that along with card issuance, card activations and POS usage are also monitored and increased. (Increase active portfolio to over 70%).

Additional Tasks

Manage vendor relationships, communication, performance feedback and campaign execution.
