Job Description

Providing software solutions by studying information, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes, investigating problematic areas by following the software development lifecycle.
Providing technical support and document for business application and software functionality.
Integrations of different system by performing system architecture review and feasibilities checks.
Implementing process improvements by best practices,performance tuning and optimization, developing new automated processes for better user experience.
Provide support in the development of implementation plans for change for the introduction of new functionality or services.
Readiness and maintenance of applications over PR, DR, UAT.
Maintain standards compliance.
