Job Description

ATM Deployment Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop and execution of bank-wide ATM/CDM deployment and enhancement strategy.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge and experience of T-24 and IRIS for ATM acquiring product development..
  • Ensure ATM deployment across KMBL branches considering 1:1 branch to ATM ratio.
  • Facilitate for offsite ATM arrangement and its deployment.
  • Timely parts replacement and coordination with vendor for fault diagnostics ensuring 24*7 services.

 Customer Experience & Branch Support  

  • Ensure customer experience at ATMs remains in standard with other KMBL ADC channels.
  • Work closely with Service Quality, Technology and branches to ensure ATM 24*7 uptime.
  • Support network-wide branches for ATM cash balancing and replenishment related activities, ensuring that no ATM remains out of cash and customers are served with minimal disputes.
  • Ensure ATM vendor management and timely reporting of incidents, ATM malfunction and replacement of parts

Process Improvement 

  • Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance ATM performance, effectiveness, and uptime.
  • Lead R&D and Assist Manager Self Service Channels in implementing best global practices.
  • Actively analyze, identify, and close gaps leading to performance optimization

Reporting 

  • ATM incident reporting to IT for network related glitches, to admin for Power related items and to Communication & Branding team for branding.
  • SBP downtime reporting.
  • Downtime circulation across the branches/Regions
