Talent Acquisition
a) Sourcing
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates, i.e. from internet online recruiting sources, with college, university placement offices.
- Select and advertise on appropriate sourcing channel for requisition request.
- Short-list the candidates as per the advertised criteria.
- Evaluate the performance of all sourcing channels and make recommendations to have the best mix.
- Maintain database of candidates for future use.
b) Interviews
- Execute pre-screening interview through telephone.
- Arrange Job knowledge/behavioral test where required.
- Organize and conduct ability tests/initial Interview and panel interviews by liaising with concerned line managers.
c) Job Offers, Negotiations & Retentions
- Process necessary approvals of selected/retained candidates.
- Effectively communicate & explain compensation offered to selected candidates.
- Contribute in HR Payroll cost through strong negotiations skills of newly hired staff.
d) On-boarding
- Arrange pre-employment medical examinations, photographs and prepare necessary documentation for service record/HRIS.
- Arrange travel/Accommodation of new joiners outside deployment location.
2. Internal recruitment
- Shortlisting candidates as per advertised criteria.
- Prepare online test in co-ordination with line management for initial screening.
- Schedule & conduct online test & interviews.
- Seek necessary approval for formal deployment of selected candidates.
3. JD Review & Update
- Conduct periodic review of JDs across the network.
- Assist line Manager in finalization of JDs for existing and new roles..
4. Vendor Management
- On-board Headhunting/pre-employment service providers.
- Annual review and initiate subscriptions for Online/Behavioral test through service providers.
- Process RFPS/Invoices of service providers on periodic basis.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate for required services.
5. Project coordination
- Co-ordinate with vendors in house developers for system change requests/ new deployments.
- Ensuring accuracy of system configuration through UAT.
- Provide all required information for on-going projects.
6. Audit Support & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HR policy & procedures.
- Ensure minimum audit observations/findings internal/external audits.
- Resolve outstanding observations of audit/inspection.
- Ensure vendor on-boarding Compliance formalities.
7. Reporting & Analysis
- Record, update & maintain Talent Management data.
- Prepare record & update Dashboard as per business requirements.
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly functional performance reports
- Use talent management data to prepare meaningful reports for decision-making.
8. Process Improvement:
- Propose process improvement through mapping process gap.
- Take new initiatives to improve hiring manager’s experience.
- Coordinate & initiate projects to improve Talent management’s operational efficiency.
