1. Maintain, monitor, analyze and troubleshoot data center equipment and software.
2. Ensure security procedures for Data Center across KBL
3. Perform data backup activity as per backup policy.
4. Monitor and update anti-virus definition files for servers and maintain schedules.
5. Report the status of all events as per the escalation procedures
6. Maintain environment control for the Data centers/IT rooms, support in testing disaster-recovery plans for the servers.

Job Specification

1. Minimum Bachelors in IT/Engineering/CS from a reputed HEC-recognized university / institute.
2. Preferably, 3 years of experience of supporting data center/server room operations with good knowledge of Data center standards.
3. Must have experience in maintaining high-end server (HP/IBM), RAID technologies, etc. and in maintaining Data backups and relating technologies (both hardware and software).
4. In-depth knowledge of Windows server technologies, Active directory service's administration, Exchange 2003, TCP/IP, Microsoft Client & Server base environment.
5. Linux environment work experience will be a definite plus.
6. Network certification (MCSE / CCNA) preferred.
7. Preferably be less than 30 years of age.
